The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.

Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

Growing up I was introduced to herbal forms of healing by my paternal Grandmother, who also believed that our mind had much to do with the conditions of our physical health. Withheld anger would 'give you a sour stomach' and 'too much thinking' was bound to bring on a headache. Worrying and stress during pregnancy would no doubt deliver a 'colicky newborn'.

Working side by side in her herb gardens taught me that most of what we need to heal ourselves could be found in Nature, including the benefits of fresh air, dirty fingernails and old~fashioned physical work. I carried this philosophy, along with many of the herbs from my Grandmother's gardens, with me through my life so becoming a holistic Practitioner seemed as natural and comfortable as digging in the dirt.

In addition to some traditional Reiki hand positions, I incorporate an intuitive blend of guided (your Guides & Mine) energy transfer holds and techniques which are a culmination of Reiki, Psychology of the Body philosophy & channeled Shamanic guidance from Spirit. These techinques have deepened my knowledge of how the body holds emotional energy and the result has allowed me to give my clients insight into the possible cause of emotional imbalance and dis~eases manifesting in their lives.

Working with your own deep Ancestral energies & the Soul's desire for growth, I'm finding that Spirit has a much clearer channel in which to reach my clients.

A Community Wellness & Metaphysical Business owner & Spiritual leader since 2007, I have held Monthly Moon Circles on & off for the past 14 years and have been a Private Healing Consultant, Facilitator & Practitioner for over a Decade. 2023 will begin a New Adventure in Offering Spiritual, Wellness & Art Retreats here in Mexico!

I am Available to see Clients here in my Home in the La Presa neighborhood of Guanajuato Centro OR I am also able to come to You in the comfort of Your Home!
